I have purchased multiple Ram trucks from this dealership But now I know I'm never going back. I came in to turn in my lease an hour before closing and they tell me that the person who does the lease returns doesn't work late and that I need to come back later. Meanwhile theres about 10 sales men and managers all joking around in the office doing nothing. I have leased many vehicles before so I know a lease return should take no more than 20 minutes all you so is sign some paperwork and leave the truck there. Now I know for sure I'm not getting the next truck from them if this is how they are going to treat a repeat customer I would steer clear from them even if they gave me the best deal it's not worth it. GO ELSEWHERE

If you’re in the market for a new car, I would highly recommend coming here. By far, the best customer service experience I've ever had at a car deal ship. Sam was amazing in Helping us find a car that best fit all our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted and needed. We were trying to decide between two cars and he brought them both out and gave us time to look over both cars without him hovering over our shoulders or trying to influence our decision. Fernando in finance was awesome helping us with finalize our paperwork. Gary the Sales Manager helped us get the car we wanted right in our budget and exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a great car buying experience, Go to Carl Burger. The team is very attentive to all your needs and wants. Tell them I sent ya and they will hook you up.

I came in yesterday after a long dissapointing day of car searching. I was overwhelmed and ready to be done for the day. We stopped at Carl Burger's on our way home just to see what they had. I still wasn't sure about what I wanted and absolutely no intention of leaving with anything. We were helped by Mikhael M. he was great, so knowledgeable and the first person I felt comfortable with and actually TRUSTED the entire day. Manager David set me up with an amazing deal and I left home with my first brand new car. My experience was great. These guys made me feel comfortable, confident in my decision and offered me a deal I couldn't walk away from. I'll be sending all my friends and family to them. Thanks again guys ¿
