Lousy customer service care from the service writer I was assigned to I was lied to from the get go kept my vehicle way to long to give results I already knew then final told me the price which was ridiculous basically just wasted my time incompetent and unprofessional I will never go back there again

4.5 stars for not providing two-way free shuttle to clients. They said the dealer could only provide one-way shuttle service either back home or going back to the dealership which is a total non-sense to me. However, I had a great experience with Jeremy Hernandez. He is awesome! He took care of my deflated tire under warranty.
