Bad Customer Service
Called the dealer the day before to verify vehicle was available. Called today made an appointment to see Mr. Clark he said we will pull the car out and have it ready for you. We showed up to the appointment the vehicle had huge dents on it possible accident. At no time did he disclose that information had us drive from Riverside. The integrity of this dealer and Mr. Clark are questionable. Thank you Mr. Clark for wasting our time and gas. I called as Brianna requested no call back no resolution. Very insecure Sales Manager
Told their Sales Manager that I was shopping around with other dealers and would he match a price I received from another dealer (because Huntington Beach was closer to me). His response was rude and dismissive and showed his insecurity. He said, "If you're gonna shop deals, I'm out!" Umm...that's called being competitive and that's how it works when you're selling cars.

Bait and switch tactics.
Bait and switch tactics...hold on to your wallet. Wont honor advertised prices, add all sorts of extra charges . Be very careful!
