Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is AWESOME! |Jorge is wonderful! Always delivers excellent customer service!

My truck was towed to Fresno Chrysler on a friday. I was not contacted monday, so I reached out to FC. I was told by Jorge, my truck is due to be worked on that day and I would get a call to updated. I received no call. I called FC/Jorge multiple times tuesday morning to get the status of my vehicle. I left a message for Jorge, eventually i got a call back from him, after I asked to speak with a manager. Once Jorge eventually called me back. I was informed nothing was wrong with my vehcile, even though the tow truck company said y battery tested as bad. Picking up my vehcicle was a xxxxshow too. You enter the service department office, no one addessses you. You just sit there in the middle of the office before someone acknowledges you. There were three men in the office and didn’t even say Hi I'll b with you in a minute. A woman walked in 3-5 min later and finally I was addressed. I told her I need to speak with Jorge, he was on the phone and rudely told me it will be a while because he was on the phone. After 5-25 min my issue was addressed and I got to leave with my truck, after being at the delarship for 5 days for no reason. I'm just happy it is still under warranty and I wasn's charged for this horrible service and inconvenience during the holidays. Let's see if any of this is addressed by them.
