I was charged for loaner vehicle while my Durango was
I was charged for loaner vehicle while my Durango was being serviced for a few days. Over $200. I was told by Dwayne & Roy in service that enterprise does that a lot. It happens often. But they ignored me and never reimbursed me. They never called back after promising it was being corrected. I have the texts msg. I called the managers and left a few voices msgs. I left a compliant with front desk receptionist. No one has responded. I went in person to talk to Roy and was ignored and pushed away this is horrible service. I still Haven’t been reimbursed. Now I’m being forced to seek counsel. I was told I would never be charged for a loaner. The fact they’re ignoring me 100% even the mngr. now it’s on. John Jacoby
