Finn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Massive coolant leak on my ram 3500 when I visited Quartzite in Jan-Feb 2025 camping a few miles west of hwy95 on blm land. The service department at Finn was spectacular. Once I had my Ram towed in they took over and managed to have a new pump installed and road ready before the end of business hours. They had provided myself and my dog a shuttle back to camp, yet with the truck being repaired same day managed to pick me up and get me on the road by about 530pm that Monday thanks to the service manager himself. I noticed how well the service staff and techs worked together. If i lived within 200miles this is where I would go just for oil changes alone!

I am so happy with my new 2022 truck I would not have pulled the trigger if not for Chad...He is best salesman that I have had the pleasure to meet. He goes all out to make you feel like you got the best deal possible. Chad thank you for going all out and keep up the good work.

Service writer is new to dealership and provided inaccurate info on scheduled service. Mechanic screw up recommended service. Spoke with service manager about screw up and he agreed with me 100%. He had mechanic redo everything to my satisfaction.
