Started good, had everything I wanted but that is where the good ended. Salesman Pablo refused to follow through on anything asked of him and continued till I was forced to refuse the sale. Internet sales, Kim Sims was more of the same and worse. Blatant lie that the vehicle was shipped and was not. Should have done more research on this dealership. The bad reviews are there. Hello Ryan- We are sorry that you did not have a good experience with us but the shipping and transport truck broke down and we could not find another one willing to go to North Dakota so we refunded your money because you could not wait any longer. We did not get the opportunity to ship the vehicle due to these reasons.
