They took advantage of the elderly, tried to get repairs that weren’t needed. Charged 140 to charge a battery because of issues, didn’t fix anything and now stuck with a charging problem. Beware of their business practices. Do not go here

I live over an hour away and came to the dealership to purchase a specific car. Filled out and received an offer online because of COVID I wanted to limit my time at the dealership to retrieving the car and dropping off my trade. I was able to negotiate more money on my trade and was ok with the interest rate, was told to go in store for the vehicle and online paperwork wasn't reflected. My red flag should have been redoing all the work we did online at the dealership. We then get called into finance and it was never disclosed the deal was a spot deal. Had that been verbally disclosed we would have waited for the banks response and would have left there and then because if the terms aren't clearly disclosed and a set deal then you should never take a car home. Turns out vehicle wasn't a set deal and we get a call we are approved but the deal is short funds . Fabulous, now I offer to pay a down payment and bridge the obvious gap in financing but we are still short. So we are walking away from the deal with nothing but 15 hits on our credit and our old vehicle .. If we didn't qualify for the original vehicle to begin with it should have been disclosed so my spouse and I could review our vehicles in our dang price range without taking a dozen hits to our credit. Now we have to drive an hour and waste gas and time again to return a vehicle. We are in the process of blacklisting the dealer with our post as well and any soldiers that need cars we will not be sending them.
