Sold car with Lien. 2 months later still has lien

Purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT on 2/4/21. Car was sold with unresolved lien from chrysler capital. 2 months and 4 dealer visits later, lien is still on there. Dealership has made zero attempts to reach out to Chrysler Capital to solve this. Meanwhile the 2 cars that I traded in have been successfully registered to 2 new buyers. Haven't been able to register vehicle. Almost done paying off car and will most likely have to sue this dealership to receive my title as my finance company doesn't have it. I have currently filed a title complaint with Office of Inspector General and currently awaiting a resolution before potentially seeking a remedy via lawsuit.

Jason, we have addressed your issues with Chrysler capital and the state. As we have shared with you, your vehicle is registered and registration is in effect due to co-vid in certain states it has effected the normal flow of lenders and states and issuing titles. We are hoping the state issues a title to your lender this week. Normally this process takes 30-45 days without the effects of co-vid on the world. We are sorry we have been unable to support you request for immediate issuance of new titles. Since there is a loan on it currently, the need of a paper title in an electronic system is a formality as the electronic one is held with a lien on it with the lender. WARNING!!!!DO NOT BUY A CAR OR BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE. I brought my Jeep into the Airpark Jeep Chrysler for an oil change. The guy taking care of me said it will only take and hour and half to change the oil so I decided to stay. After two hours I went up to him and said “is my car ready?” He looked at my with complete surprise because he said he forgot about me. He ran to get my Jeep and had a young kid drive it over to me. As I walked up to my brand new Jeep I heard a very loud ticking noise coming from the engine. After I popped the hood and checked the dipstick I realized it was completely empty of any oil. They emptied my oil but forgot to put any back in. The distance from the garage and the drop off bay is very far. After complaining to anyone and everyone.....all managers were informed of this incident......This dealership decided to not do a dam thing for us. And they never contacted us about the problem. I will never bring my car back or ever recommend this dealership. They run the place like a jiffy lube.
