WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE NATION - DON’T DO IT!
After seeing an a listing for a certified preowned 2018 Chrysler Pacifica, I contacted Bill Luke on 11/21/20. I live in Ohio, so unfortunately my only way of communicating with them was through phone or email. That day, I heard back fairly quickly with the window sticker for the vehicle from a man named Joe Lopez - internet sales associate. I tried to contact Joe again to discuss the vehicle in more detail and didn’t hear back until the next day. On 11/22, Joe sent me a price breakdown when they first opened, but from that moment on, I never heard back from Joe. I emailed and left messages saying I was interested in the vehicle, I never heard back. On Monday, 11/23, I spoke to a man named Zach G, another sales associate. Zach was able to provide me with more information like how they wouldn’t allow me to pay the the original listed price of $28,000 in cash because if I wanted to pay cash, I had to pay $29,000. They also wouldn’t remove the $359 window tinting fee because they already tinted the windows when it was on the lot and although that was something they put on without checking with the buyers first, they still charged you for it. This was irritating, but I was still willing to purchase the vehicle. I tried calling Zach when they opened the next day, 12/24 - no answer, no returned call, I left messages - nothing. I even called and left a message for the manager. They never returned my call either. Wednesday, 11/25, I called and asked to speak to an available sales associate and the phone kept ringing. I hung up and called again, same problem. I told the woman answering and she just kept putting me through to a continuous ringing phone. The next day was Thanksgiving, so I called again on Friday. I finally got through to Briana. Briana was punctual, answered every call throughout the day as we discussed details on finalizing everything. After 6 hours of going back and forth, I hired the required and suggested through the dealership local vehicle inspector (out of state requirement) and put down a deposit on the vehicle to ensure it was mine. Wouldn’t you know, they called back 20 minutes after they received my deposit and said they sold my vehicle? Isn’t that a great ending to this complete NIGHTMARE? I have never met a more incompetent group of people running a dealership. Oh, and as for that vehicle inspector, I haven’t heard back from him either. My payment has yet to be refunded. Trust me when I say, do not even waste your time contacting these people. They’re useless!

Bait and switch. I bought a truck and was told they would take care of a couple of the issues I noticed immediately after purchasing. When I actually took it in to the service department, Cherly and Rick the Manager just gave me the runaround and the issue was never resolved.
They lost our business. My family and I will never buy another vehicle from this company.
