I purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram in May of 2019. Part of the sale included, on the We Owe, side steps and a bed liner. I was told to bring it in a week later. When I did, the service department didn’t have the part and said they would call to schedule it with me. Never got a call. I called my salesperson a week later, he said he would get with service and have it within a week. Never heard back. Since then, I have called 3x and have either left an unreturned voicemail or the phone just rang. I had a friend of mine who owns a shop call and get service details, he was also left hanging. Considering returning the vehicle and reporting this to the BBB, this is the fifth vehicle I’ve purchased and the worst service I’ve ever received.

Very deceptive. I was very clear about not exceeding $11,000. They did not want to show me the final costs regarding tax/tags etc. They would only focus on the payment desired by my son and that they had met it. I had to start raising my voice before they would divulge those costs. And there were even more costs they held back. Apparently accessories of $2,300 wasn't even shown as part of the cost... which brought it to over $14,000. The sales guy, Mackenzie, did his very best to focus on the payment and not the overall cost of the vehicle. Very shady. Unfortunately my son decided to buy the car which will be difficult to afford. Very shady and deceptive!!
