Eric, Per your reply to my Google review on the exceptionally poor service I received from Larry H. Miller. I called and left 3 voice mail messages too have you call me at 5475. . You seem to be unable or unwilling to discuss this matter further. I find this most troubling. Over the past 5 years my family and I have purchased 1 new 2014 Jeep and spent countless thousands of dollars on your services. Clearly you do not value or respect our patronage… This last service cost over $860 dollars not including the $110 we spent on towing. The technicians job was to just fix the hi idle on our brand-new 2.5L short block. Per Mike the technician started and stopped the jeep over 15 times and it held the idle. When I dropped the jeep off it started without effort. As I informed Mike from your service team this block was not yet broken in and to proceed cautiously to prevent damage. We received the jeep back after 2 weeks. My son started the jeep and drove it very slowly less than 75 yards from your service counter. When he took his foot off of the gas peddle the jeep stalled and would not start again…..I called Mike and he refused to have it towed back for service and no refund for the shotty work would be provided. So we removed the belt and plugs and it still would not turn over. We tried barring it over utilizing the Harmonic balancer bolt but it would not move. I removed the fresh oil and dropped the oil pan. The attached pictures tell the tale.
The constant starting and stopping of the new long-block by your technician caused catastrophic failure. I am not only out the 2 weeks it spent in your shop but also the 5 days my son and I spent installing the motor in the jeep. Additionally the $860 spent on service…..
Perhaps now in some small way you can begin to understand my frustration and my sons disappointment with the Jeep brand and Larry H. Miller…..

Be very cautious here. I should have taken my time looking through reviews before hand due to the outcome. The staff seems very friendly at first which is welcoming but once the deal is made don’t expect much else. Got into a 21 wrangler and had to take it into service the very next day. Supposedly is was leaking oil which turned into it needing more than just a gasket. This deal turned sour quick and now I am without my brand-new vehicle for what could be over a month. The service dept is not getting my money to fix it so of course they could care less how long it takes. It’s a new 2021 I don’t care what any of these people say. You go and buy a new vehicle to not have any issues for a while. don’t plan to ever provide any business to this place again. A huge stress it has turned out to be which should not be the case for any consumer. If you have had good luck it would have been nice for the same, but these people don’t care in the end.

My sales rep Alex was awesome. He was more than happy to answer all questions, polite and professional. My credit isn't the best - however - he treated me no different and did not make me feel bad about the it. Great experience.
