The worst customer service experience I have ever
The worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. The salesman did a great job of making the sale and from that point.. we have gotten no where with this company. Four days after purchasing the vehicle, it started running very bad, the front end started shaking and felt like the tires were gonna come off, as well as using an excessive amount of gas. Now as it’s 2 months later they have still not gotten back to me on what to do with the vehicle to have it looked at. I live 6 hours away from the dealership and this has been an experience I don’t want to encounter again. We were promised new tires on the vehicle since the ones on it were practically bald. ( I live 6 hours away never seen the vehicle in person nor was it what I really wanted to get) and my co signer was promise $500 and then $1000 to sign with me. None of the funds have been dispursed. Let’s not forget how they took a vehicle on which the asking price was $19,000 and they raised the price up to 28,000. I posted a review on google and they were nice enough to finally reach out and offer the $1000 if I would remove the post.. and now silence as it has been this entire experience. I highly would not recommend using this dealer.
