I had such a great experience buying from Fields for my wife’s XC60 in Sept 24’ that we went back and purchased a V60. Overall the dealer experience was incredible! The staff were all very friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. They make sure you have basically anything you need while you’re there and the sales person I worked with was Steve Vogel who was such a kind, sincere person who took his time with us and helped us feel confident and comfortable in our new vehicles! 10/10 would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Fields of Madison.

The service department does not respond.
The service department does not respond. Scheduled an appointment on Monday. My car had not been looked at when I called onTuesday. Next scheduled call back was missed. Price quote I asked for was not sent. They were not able to complete two repairs I asked for. Service department suggested I take my Volvo somewhere else and trade it because they couldn't fix it.

I purchased a preowned Range Rover from Fields Madison in
I purchased a preowned Range Rover from Fields Madison in May. The vehicle clearly never was properly inspected. Since the drive home it has had an incredibly loud creaking noise coming from the suspension. So far in my 3 months of ownership the vehicle has spent over a month in the service department. The issue has still not been resolved. Will I ever get it back? I have continuously been postponed and lied to. The vehicle also came with warped brake rotors and does not pass emissions testing. Do not buy from here! Speaking with the GM did not resolve any issues. I am stuck contacting attorneys at this point.
