Worse car buying experience

Bought a Range Rover and the dealers customer satisfaction is not up to par. It could be a bad week since all the reviews I have read was good. During the test drive, salesman was on his phone texting the whole time. He never showed us the the features of the car, I had to google and watch videos in order to learn. He didn’t know the difference between the different models. They gave me a loaner while they were doing the “pro pack”. The loaner was 3 years old Wasn’t even get close to the model I purchased. I texted the salesman 3 days after I bought the car to set-up incontrol and he replied that Cox screwed up his account(he was moving)so he doesn’t have internet so I have to wait the next day or just do it myself. I told him I wasn’t happy about that and he texted me back with an attitude. I called and left a message to the general manager and he or she never called back. It was a bad experience to say the least but one thing I like about them is the haggle free transaction. The finance guy was awesome.

They dont know how to do honest business

Sales team knows how to complete a sale but not how to do business, theres a difference. How they treat customers when a problem arises is what matters to me. They're detailers were supposed to clean, prep, and ceramic coat the car i purchased from them. They did a xxxx poor job washing the car and did not prep further prior to whatever ceramic coating they applied, left oil residue on hood grill and front lower bumper which was then set in under the ceramic coat. Then they had the nerve to say there was nothing they could do and the hood needed a new paint job.
