Great for purchase, not so much for service

Had a great experience getting my car at LRHH. So after having my leased Rover for a year, I have found that it is hard to get a call back from service and when I did, they told me I had to wait 2-3 months for an appointment! That's ridiculous! So you can sell me a car but not take care of it? I told them it was making a loud sound and its time for annual service and still no appointments. It comes across as shady that they may want the car to breakdown or get damaged so that I'll have to pay at the end of the lease. Doesn't sound right. Even Atlanta luxury dealers have a busy service department and offer to get you in within a week or give you a loaner. POOR service and problem solving on their behalf. If I don't think I can get my car serviced timely and the closest alternative is to drive to Florida then why would I ever continue leasing with them? Highly disappointed in my first experience since leasing. Will likely change brands when the lease is up because I never had these problems with service or with a brand new vehicle a year old making noise with Mercedes or BMW.

HORRIBLE SERVIOCE

I was lied to by not one but two sales people about a vehicle that did not exist, getting answers was also a nightmare , worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

Only 1 key fob

Purchased a Certified Range Rover Sport, as we were walking out we were handed 1 key fob. The salesman told me that was all they had and he would get another one and mail it to us, so far it has been over a month and when I text the salesman (Tahir) all I get is "I'm working on it". When you purchase a $50k certified vehicle from a Land Rover dealership you expect to at least get 2 key fobs. I have waited a month to leave a review but at this point I guess I will have to buy the extra key fob myself.
