Please disregard my previous review of Bobby Rahal Jaguar. It contained many negative remarks about the integrity and practices of the salesman that sold me a used Mercedes E300. After that unfortunate experience, I lost trust in that particular dealership and the Bobby Rahal Motor Company in general. However, I was totally wrong! The dealership asked me to bring the car back so they could address my complaints stated in my first review. Once there, to my surprise, they wanted to address any and all other issues with the car (issues I was willing to live with in a used car). They then sent the car to the Rahal Mercedes dealership to have these issues fixed. I was truley amazed at the level of service I was getting. And it gets even better...at the Rahal Mercedes shop, they did a detailed inspection of the car from top to bottom and found then fixed anything that was not perfect ie. parking sensors, door panels, multi media system, front grille replaced, rear chrome strip replaced, electrical system etc. etc.. It was like they wanted to make the car as new as possible! Needless to say, I was extremely pleased and a very happy customer! And on top of that...NO CHARGE! I must say that in my 80 years on this planet, no other business of any kind has given me the level of service and customer satisfaction that I received from the Bobby Rahal Motor Company. I want to sincerely thank Bobby Rahal Jaguar, Bobby Rahal Mercedes the Bobby Rahal Corp and all persons involved that gave me the most extraordinary customer service I've ever had! The Bobby Rahal Motor Company is simply the best!

Horrible! Salesman hid many paint defects by keeping the car dirty even after I requested to see the car cleaned. Once home I washed it only to find multiple cuts and scratches all over. These defects could have easily been corrected before they applied the TST paint protection that I paid $800+ at the dealership. I complained so they promised to repair the scratches but did nothing but washed the vehicle hoping I wouldn't notice that they did nothing. Once the sun hit the paint, the same defects were still there. And to make matters worse, the TST protection didn't seem to be applied properly. The paint finish has all kinds of streaks and swirls that attracts dirt particles that cannot be removed no matter how much you clean it. It really looks horrible! As an 80 yearvold senior, I've purchased many cars, but buying from this Rayhal dealership was the only bad experience I've ever had. Needless to say I am very disgusted and disappointed with this dealership and the salesman who deceived me!
