I am giving this experience with Jaguar Landover of Raleigh a 5 star because of my salesman Claudius John. He was professional from the start and guided me on what to do with a difficult situation. It was because of him that we purchased our range rover sport and are so happy we did! We love it and would gladly do business with him again. I would go as far to say if anyone visits this dealership, they need to visit Claudis.

I had a great experience with Jaguar Raleigh. Neal Harrigan was my sales guide and from my initial call of inquiry to the final signing of papers he was professional and friendly. I did not feel pressured or rushed. I bought a low priced used vehicle but I felt that I received the same treatment I would have gotten if I had been buying a brand new car. They were open and up front about any issues they noted on the truck I was looking at. I felt that I received a fair trade in offer on my old vehicle and a fair price on the truck I bought. The buying process was seamless and hassle free. I would recommend Jaguar Raleigh to anyone looking for an honest, professional and friendly car buying experience.

Claude John has been our go-to car salesman for years, and for good reason. Our experience at this dealership was absolutely seamless, thanks to him. Claude is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and personable. He truly knows his product and goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued and cared for. This is the 3rd time we have completed a purchase transaction with Claude and each time he has exceeded our expectations. He puts customers first every time. Claude is irreplaceable and by far the best car salesman we've ever worked with. We highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again in a few years when we purchase a car for our daughter as she comes of age.
