Above and beyond customer service

I wasn’t able to take my Jaguar Fpace in for the annual maintenance service because of my hectic work schedule. Jack Thill, service manager was so helpful. He arranged for my car to be picked up from my home which is 90 minutes away and sent a loaner car for me to use in the interim. The appropriate maintenance service was completed in record time and Jack updated me on the progress every step of the way. My car was returned without delay. The drivers were so courteous and they took great care of my car at no cost to me. Where can anyone get that kind of service! I recommend this dealership without hesitation and look forward to more purchases in the future.

Took my newly acquired 2017 F-type for repair. The first dealership could not find the problem. SOS system was displaying a warning that the systems was not functional. The team at Asheville diagnosed the problem and rectified the issue. My adviser Jon, kept me appraised throughout the process and made it simple for me to pick up the car after hours.
