I used Robert Faroni in the Manahttan Location and he was EXCELLENT. There were several problems that arose during the process of leasing a new car and he solved all the problems and got the deal done. Highly recommended.

two time lease won’t come back

I first had the 2014 Evoque which was great but then got a 2018 model next. Customer service the worst, told me a repair would be almost 3K which was only 100 bucks. Didn’t pick up phone or email for five days. Don’t offer rental when car is in repair. Force you to do 1K servicing every year. Forced me to extend my lease by two months after I had signed contract. On and on. They are nice when you buy and then drop off entirely. The car itself is ok, the 2014 had much better gps. Will definitely change brand this year over their miserable service out of self respect. The 5star reviews must be fake.

Overwhelmed and Underperforming

Poor customer service and basic business acumen when it comes to scheduling for loaner vehicles, articulating repairs, and general courtesy. Management must not be training them at all.
