Beware! All around awful!

The sales person was completely deceptive and never included my trade in the numbers. THEN said the cold weather package and black rims weren’t “ a part of the numbers she worked up” what?? Then wanted me to pay out of pocket with a higher monthly payment. The GM spoke to me like dirt on the ground. But like an idiot I bought the car. A brand new Range Rover. So now I sit awaiting for service. Call the dealer, oh yes it will be done tonight. Drive the hour and wait locally. No call, call the dealer and no one answers!!!! I wasted hours. Go buy somewhere else. This is the worse experience. I have had several bmw’s and Mercedes and they were way better to work with.

WARNING: DO NOT USE CAPITAL LUXURY CARS OF 347 NEW KARNER ROAD ALBANY,NY! I actually read the bad reviews on this dealership,went against my better judgement and used them anyway. I bought a used 2017 Toyota Sienna off their Volvo lot. The car was immaculate inside and out and this was confirmed by a independent shop I brought it to before I purchased it. The day I picked up the van, it was dark outside and they had the van parked in a very odd spot tucked up close to the dealership building, ( at the time I didn't think much of the odd positioning of the van.) Got the van home that night. The next morning I go outside to look at the van and found hundreds of scratches all of the driver side. Apparently when they detailed the car, ( before I picked it up ),they scratched it up. This explains why the driver side of the van was parked so snug against the wall of the dealership, they were trying to hide the damage. Make a long story short, I took the van back the very next morning and they apologized for damage and said, it would all be fixed. They had my car for over a week and when I went back to pick it up, not only was the original damage not repaired correctly, but there was new scratches on the passenger side, as well as the passenger side. I had the service manager Eric Rosen come out to look at the scratches and he said, I will not repaint the car just too expensive but they would send the car back out to there shop called Best Body located in Latham/Cohoes area.( It was later confirmed this shop does not exist ) . I asked Mr. Rosen, "what is the address of this shop and who worked on my car?" Mr. Rosen stated; I do not have to give you that information. I asked him several more times and he would not tell me the address of where my car was repaired. At one point, Mr. Rosen tried to back track and say, " actually the car was not sent out it was repaired here at Volvo." LIAR!! Also, I dropped my car off at Volvo with 57466 miles and when I picked it up, it had 57486, so they put 20 miles on my car. So my question now is, if the car never left Volvo for repair, why is there 20 miles added onto my mileage? Mr. Rosen and the rest of the shady staff I dealt with at Capital Luxury Cars, could not answer that question either. Shady dealer ship... do not buy a pencil from this place. Shame on Capital Luxury Cars of Albany, NY Going to make sure everyone knows about this horrible dealership, ( i.e channel 6 news, AG, BBB, and msny many more!!! Will not get away with ruining my car!!! Messed with the wrong customer!!!

Terrible service for a luxury dealership

My wife took her Volvo in to have a safety recall done. The service Dept completed the recall and washed the car. The technician that washed the car did a poor job only cleaning about half the mud out of the wheels. This left the tires unbalanced and caused the car to shake while driving. We contacted the service Dept to have the problem corrected. The service advisors answer was to take it to a car wash. While it’s not a huge issue it goes to show how business is done at this dealership. This is my second poor experience at this dealership the first being with sales. Save yourself the hassle go to precision Volvo in Albany.
