Refuted CarMax quote shown to them online
This was anything but a stellar experience. I drove 2 hours to Annapolis to purchase a particularly nice used car. The car price was fair, but they really tried to cheat me on my trade offering 10,000 less than the CarMax/Kelly Blue book value. I had to walk away. No way to do business with a veteran or anyone else. Go somewhere else if you want an honest sales experience

This was one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. My salesperson, Robert Carter, was great. He took his time with me throughout the process and I never felt pressured to buy the car.

Amazing!
Needed a car for our daughter and ended up more than hour away from home. Couldn't have had a better buying experience. We didn't purchase a Rover or a Jag and were still treated as if we were buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. No wonder the place is always busy. The next time we're in the market, we will definitely be back. Well worth the drive. Thanks guys!
