This Dealership has the worst customer service ever!
This Dealership has the worst customer service ever!!! I purchased two new tires from them for 800. Less than 5 months later 8000 miles I had a blow out and wires hanging out if both new tires. Mercedes would not honor the tire warranty even tho continental was going go pro rate them for me. Mercedes’ disposed of my tires so therefore nothing could be done but purchase two more new tires at 800 dollars agsin

First, I had an SUV I was going to sign paperwork on and they sold it to another person. Then I get a car that was sold as a certified pre-owned vehicle, but they forgot to actually put it through the service department to ensure that it was properly certified. I had to put it in the shop to get a new front A-arm and tires. Now it takes two days to fix a nail in my tire. The list will can go on. Do not do business with this company.

Service is the worst I have ever experienced.
Service is the worst I have ever experienced. Workers are inexperienced and arrogant. I was given a 9:30 a.m. appointment for one tire to be replaced and was told it would take 1- 2 hours. By 2 p.m. I had not been called to let me know my vehicle was ready. I went there and the tire still had not been put on. There is no hospitality extended there at all. MB USA must not know the conditions at the Shreveport dealership. If they did, I believe they would have this one shut down.
