Jaguar Schaumburg

Purchased a 2021 Range Velar with only 8k miles, paid for extended warranty as well. Initially didn't take the car home since it had a flat tire. After that brakes were not working and the whole car was shaking. Went back to the dealership and they insisted that we drive for a week before coming back. So wife was traveling 90 miles a day with bad brakes. Complained again but they only changed the pads and not the rotors where rotors were warped. They told us to drive for a month and they should be fine. Nothing changed so we called again. Advisor was not helpful and he finally said that they will get us new rotors. Month later, never heard back from them and car still shakes.
