Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. They texted me the night before my appointment and told me they wouldn't be able to provide me a loaner because of “supply chain problems”. I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance and waiting for a loaner. I texted the advisor back and agreed to move my appointment to 12 days later. He never responded to me. Now I have to call the Service Manager to figure things out. I would check out the Fairfield location instead of Darien.

I've been going to Land Rover Darien for years. The staff is always professional and attentive, and I've never had a service issue. Great dealership.
