Jeff Knepp and team were attentive and avoided applying any kind of buying pressure. As a sales management professional myself, I appreciated the relaxed approach and breadth of product line knowledge the entire team demonstrated. If you want the best, this group is it!

New Vehicle Purchase/Lease Surrender

I ordered a new BMW SUV while simultaneously negotiating the surrender of my current lease on my existing sedan. The negotiations were completed in January, 2021 to allow time for the new vehicle to arrive at the dealership from BMW. In April, the day before I was to pick up the new vehicle and surrender the sedan, the dealership renege on the surrender terms. The result, I lost the opportunity to get the SUV, and have been unable to reorder one through another dealer because the time has passed for BMW to accept a custom order on 2021 vehicles. My view - I was treated unfairly, unethically and, despite the dealership's admission that they made an error in the negotiations, I was denied an opportunity to secure the vehicle of my choice. I will never do business with SBAG again.

Hi Steve, We can understand where you're coming from, and we apologize for your experience. We found a few days after your finance experience that you had 11 months remaining on your current lease which was our mistake. However, this meant you had a payoff balance which unfortunately made it so we could not go through with the deal unless you wanted to pay off your current lease. This dealership has the worst customer service. My husband and I tried several times to deal with them and were met with rude unhelpful service staff. This is the first bad review I’ve ever left anywhere but I’m so frustrated with the lack of care or help from this dealership I felt I needed to worn others.
