The service and the guy manager and sales nit good selling the cars not responsible with clients after out door is final when car problem the service said I don’t know

I ended up talking to a salesman over the phone for about 10 min. In that short time he changed his story several times. Each time trying to get me to go down there to get the simplest of questions answered. He told me he needed to take all my information down before he could answer my questions and at the end he had no answers. Wasted my time. I've leased 6 cars for the company this year so I deal with lots of dealers. This by far was the worse experience I've had ever. Find another dealer
General Manager is good to work with.

I would NOT recommend Julian Keogh as a salesperson at this dealership. For cars in this price range, you would expect professionalism and will be left disappointed. What a disastrous sales experience. All the wrong things were said and then made even worse on subsequent visits! I'm sure that the other salespeople are fine and I've had nothing but a great experience when working with Cory in service. The reason I'm rating so high is because of the General Manager Vincent. He has gone out of his way to help me recover from the poor experience when purchasing my F Type. If it wasn't for Vinnie and his assistance, the rating would be much much lower. Vinnie genuinely cares about the customer experience and is attempting to raise it to the luxury levels it should be in this price range. For now, he has to work within the constraints of the current facility and employees but I'm sure that over time he'll succeed.
