Everything started out fine and I traded in my 2019
Everything started out fine and I traded in my 2019 Mercedes GLC 300 Coupe for a 2022 Audi Q3 that was a trade in. Greg was our salesman and Luis (the finance manager). They both are shady salesman that sneak things into the paperwork to jack up the price. When I got home to check the paperwork they added Stargard and Clear coat at ($1,300) that was never discussed. Luis (finance Manager) added extended warranty ($4,000) and said you have 30days to decide. I called the next day because I realized he was saying I only had 3 years coverage when I had 4 and tried to talk me back into it. Really!!!! I asked him to cancel and a week later he said it still takes 3-4 weeks to give money back to Schools First, so my loan is not correct. Please DO NOT trust these guys. Schools First said they get many calls about unethical business practices from Car Sales People. It's really too bad that we have to deal with liars and cheats of the world.

Just bought the Range Rover car here today All the employees here were very good except the sale manager Joe, He is very rude and very stubborn He ask my brother to just to leave the store three times and use F word also Being the customer while buying car Is this way to treat customers When I ask this thing to him and he say he didn’t care and he didn’t like my brother and ask him to leave the store He being racist to us He told he is in business for 25 years and didn’t care whom we are He just didn’t like us
