My advice is to change the management of this dealership. The team lacks proper training and professionalism in dealing with customers. From the beginning, they were not honest — I ended up wasting my time with them. We came to purchase a vehicle under our business, which has an excellent credit history, strong financial statements, and established credit lines. When we arrived, I specifically asked to apply for the 0% interest offer advertised on their website. They confirmed we were approved, but after we paid the down payment, they changed their story. They never reviewed our financial statements, taxes, or any relevant documentation that could reflect our actual creditworthiness. Instead, they attempted to mislead us and add extra charges through interest — essentially trying to take advantage of the situation. My recommendation: avoid this dealership entirely.

I must say I was initially skeptical about buying a used
I must say I was initially skeptical about buying a used Subaru Outback from an Infinity dealership instead of one of the Subaru dealerships in the area. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for though in the color my wife and I wanted with low miles and a decent price. Dillon was very patient while I spent a considerable amount of time going through the whole vehicle looking over every detail including crawling around underneath the car. I didn't even sit in the driver's seat until I had done my full exterior inspection. I found a few minor scratches to the paint and lower plastic trim on one side but this was expected for a 7yr old vehicle and I was okay with it since the price was right and it seemed to be mechanically sound. During the test ride I put it through the paces with some not so gentle acceleration, cornering and braking including my emergency “slam on the brakes" @40mph test that I warned Dillon about in advance. He was very calm about it all. It probably helped that I shared my previous track days experience before the test ride so he knew I had experience driving a vehicle near its limits. I could find no issues with it mechanically so it was off to discuss the total price once we got back to the showroom. Dillon did a great job explaining the total cost with tax, licensing, etc and explained they had financing options even though I had initially planned to use my own credit union to finance the purchase. Bobby, his sales manager, was extremely helpful and got me an even lower interest rate with a lender that I was already using for my primary checking/banking and threw in a couple of extras on top of that that I was not expecting because he wanted me to be a happy customer which I was extremely impressed with. I then explained my challenge getting the vehicle home and Bobby offered to help get it to downtown Seattle where I could more easily get it home since I'm a ferry ride from the city. I could not be happier with my purchase and the customer service I received from both Dillon and Bobby at Infinity of Bellevue.
