Purchased a 2023 Certified QX80.
Purchased a 2023 Certified QX80. We live in South Carolina and the dealer is in San Antonio. Had been looking a while and the car was exactly the model, color, and features we wanted. Dealer presented a competitive price but once we said We'll Take It, the price escalated with odd charges such as lowjack installation fees. We decided to go ahead with the car because it was what we wanted and we were tired of shopping. Then dealer increased the transportation cost to us but again--we went with it. Car arrived and had clear visible SERIOUS damage to the driver door and a cracked windshield. None of this was on the walk around video. We asked dealer to file a claim with the car carrier and have gotten the run around for 6 months from Grubbs. Wish we had refused the car when it was delivered. Moreover, wish we had never done business with a Grubbs dealership in the first place. We learned our lesson and will never buy from them again. Buyer Beware!

Do NOT buy your car from Grubbs Infiniti.
Do NOT buy your car from Grubbs Infiniti. The price advertised is NOT the price you will pay. They will add a dealer preparation fee of $4,394 to the price. They did lower the price of the car when we fought that, however, they said we were paying for LoJack and a powertrain lifetime warranty. They put LoJack on all of their cars and then charge the purchaser $899 for it. You have no option to remove that. You pay $3,495 for the powertrain warranty and they make a big deal out of this like it's actually a perk. They will replace the engine/transmission, etc for the cars life (no transfer of ownership) ONLY if you get the car serviced/maintained by Grubbs Infiniti. If you are even one mile over a required oil change, etc. (even just once), it will nullify the warranty. So you must be PERFECT in getting your maintenance done with Grubbs for that to be worth it. Also, we purchased the car on a Thursday and picked it up on Saturday. Before we left on Thursday, we asked that the gas tank be filled, the car be washed and the knicks in the back be buffed. We put it in writing and the sales person signed it. When we picked it up on Saturday, they had lightly buffed the knicks, but the tank was not full and the car was not washed. When we asked about it, the sales person told us that they don't typically do that. So much for him signing a piece of paper saying he would. Before we left the lot on Saturday, we noticed about 4-5 dings in the windshield. We asked about this and they assured me that their auto glass company would call us soon and come to our house to inspect the damage and they that would fix it. A few days later, I had still not heard from the auto glass company so I called and they said they had not been contacted by Grubbs. When I spoke to Grubbs, they said they would call them and I would be hearing from them soon. Here I am 2 weeks later and still have not heard from them. I asked Grubbs and they said the ice storm was slowing down the auto glass company's turnaround time (even though we bought the car before the ice storm). I called the auto glass company again and she said that they were waiting on Grubbs to call and approve the work and that they were not backed up on their workload. I'm not sure why Grubbs is lying to me and not keeping their word. There have been many sketchy situations with them so I will never buy a car from them again. Go to Boerne Infiniti instead. Don't give Grubbs any business.
