This place was horrible! I’m a teacher and a single mom and went by myself to purchase a new vehicle because my son is turning 16. It was a terrible mistake. They add in hidden expenses to the cost. They leave things out of the deal without telling you. For instance, I was told all the cars had Bose speakers...but after I got home I realized the car I was pushed into buying didn’t have the Bose speakers. Also, they tell you 90 days with no payments and 0 interest..but I noticed in the fine print that my payments begin right away. When I called Infiniti Financial they told me I would have to contact the dealership, which Is a lost cause. I regret buying this car so badly. Don’t forget to call your insurance before you sign!! My insurance went up three times as much!

After having an absolute horrendous experience at Service King for repairs. I made an appointment with Ryan at Clear Lake Infiniti and have had incredible experience! I haven’t seen service like this honestly ever, and this truly means the world to someone who has had horrible experiences in the past. I will not forget how Ryan treated me, he is the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with. A true professional, very smart, meticulous, precise, decent and kind. I highly recommend asking for him. Especially if you want excellent customer service and someone that is trustworthy. He truly exemplified excellence in service integrity.

I purchased a used car from Richard Bohrer for my daughter. I contacted Richard and he arranged for her to have the oil changed at the dealership. Richard went above and beyond because we could have taken it anywhere for that service. Thanks Richard..
