I purchased a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 from Grubbs
I purchased a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 from Grubbs INFINITI on November 28, 2025, and it was delivered on December 10. The vehicle was advertised as having a 167-point inspection, which gave me confidence in the purchase. Unfortunately, within days, I discovered an oil leak. I documented the issue with photos and contacted the dealership immediately. Despite my efforts to resolve this, I have not received a satisfactory response. This experience has caused stress and inconvenience, especially since I cannot safely drive the vehicle long distances. I expected better quality control and customer service from a dealership that promotes thorough inspections. Buyers should be cautious and verify everything before finalizing a purchase.
