Dishonest Pricing & Bait-and-Switch Tactics – Beware Unprofessional, lacking integrity, and flat-out dishonest about prices. Their “online express store” is a complete lie. My experience on 9/26/25 mirrors another review from 9/15/25, proving this isn’t an isolated issue. On 9/25/25, we “ordered” one of their advertised car specials through the website based on the sale price and financing shown online. The system requires everything, SS# for financing, proof of insurance, driver’s license, trade-in photos, before you can submit. They ran my husband’s credit (he qualified for Infiniti financing), but only after the credit check did finance admit that the $8,000 dealer discounts and rebates would not apply if we used their financing. If those incentives weren’t valid, why does the system allow you to "order" the vehicle showing both the financing and discounts together? Classic bait-and-switch. They provide a written sales quote, run your credit, and only then reveal the real cost. It gets worse. The finance manager tried to tack on nearly $2,000 for a “protection package” I had already declined when placing the order. He then claimed he could run different financing at a much higher interest rate with the incentives and rebates. Each time I asked, “What is the sale price with and without incentives/rebates?” he repeated, “Well, the price doesn’t change.” Yes, it absolutely does change. Do you think I'm stupid?!!! My uncle was a general manager of one of the largest car dealerships in Texas. I know exactly what they were doing, which makes this experience even more infuriating. I expect shady tactics from some dealers, but a luxury brand should hold itself to higher standards. The GM and finance team let this process run all the way to the end before clarifying the price, making this next-level sleazy. I’m a current Infiniti owner in Waco (where there is no Infiniti dealership), and I would rather drive to Fort Worth or Dallas for service than ever set foot in this dealership. Georgetown Infiniti just lost a service customer without me even walking through their doors. Save yourself the headache, don't ever step foot into a dealership, especially this one, until you get a firm offer, and do not trust the online pricing or promises from Infiniti of Georgetown. P.S. I buy all of my vehicles this way, and this is the only dealership that has ever pulled a bait-and-switch on me. Normally, everything is done in advance, and all we do at pickup is sign and go. It should take 30–45 minutes.

We would highly recommend Georgetown INFINITI. We worked with Melissa. She met us at the door when we arrived. She showed us the car and went with us on the test drive, explaining the various features of the car. The whole process went as smoothly and quickly as we could hope for. We got a great price on the car and our trade in. A great experience all around.

Great, no nonsense dealership. Neither the saleswoman nor the finance guy pressured me into anything and the used car I purchased was exactly as described. Great experience buying from this dealership.
