Alan in the service department is excellent and always professional. He is the main reason I continue to drive 35 miles one way for service and will continue to do so. Crest has one of the best and honest ones in Alan.

I purchased a used vehicle from Crest Infiniti November 21, 2020 3 weeks later the vehicle ran hot 2 times in frigid temperature ¿¿¿ took it to the dealer they had the car 7 days get it back to run hot again 7 more days . 2 weeks ago oil leak (1 drop) they had it 10 days 1300.00 pick it up 2 weeks ago 3 days after leaking oil (8-10 drops) 1065.00 ALL OUT OF POCKET plus car note. Never was offered Platinum or Gold warranty package automatic Silver that pays for nothing but I'm paying to have it¿¿¿. You will be forced before leaving the Frisco location to give a PERFECT REVIEW within hours LORD I HATE I DID because this vehicle has been nothing but UNRELIABLE can't trust it out of town and All my family is there. I was assured that it is used but is a GREAT CAR by Josh and Dean and every problem HAS BEEN MAJOR something is wrong with this picture. Please be mindful do not Rate until after 30 days. No one hasn't even called to see how the vehicle has been working for me. THIS IS ANOTHER sign that THEY KNEW I was in A WORLD OF TROUBLE outside of rushing us through the sale SO FAST OUR HEADS spinner. I had to keep asking Dean could you repeat that and could you slow down and explain t, THE WORST EXPERIENCE rushed us out with a headache they was aware of. I will not recommend anyone there because you will not know what you getting unless it is off the show room floor. There used are used DO NOT LET THE GOOD CLEAN LOOK FOOL YOU taken so advantage of GOD BE MY WITNESS and I DO NOT USE God's name vain. Choose wisely be sorry and hurt later just like me. 4 months of H.E.L.L. AND COUNTING ¿¿
