Service manager makes promises he cannot keep. Third vehicle purchased at this facility and its always the same excuses, but on purchase day they promise the moon (don't wait, it will not be delivered) Over all very happy with vehicle, just dealing with dealership makes me cringe when I need them to live up to their end of keeping up with recalls.

Bad service they told me that the noise that the radio as is normal and to take the truck. And took it back for a second check up and now they found the problem
