Dick Smith INFINITI

The vibe was very professional, before they took possession of my vehicle for a check engine like. After they had possession of my vehicle, the professionalism turned into microaggression and subpar Customer Service from the representative. They keep my vehicle nearly a week (Didn't contact me with status updates on my vehicle, unless I called them), after I was informed the check engine light required new spark plugs and coils. Yesterday, after paying over $3000.00 and went to get in my vehicle, the check engine light was still on (after "repaired"). The representative said.."oh, someone forgot to clear the code". He cleared the code and I drove off the lot. 10 minutes later, you guessed it...check engine light comes back on. Being from out of state, I returned to the dealer the next day, before I had to leave SC. After some dialogue with the representative, they "looked" at my vehicle again. The Representative stated, they have no idea why the light keep coming on, they doubled checked everything and it should be good to go. I departed on my trip back home with no check engine light on. Today, I started my vehicle, you guessed it, check engine light on again. Before anyone say, why not speak with a supervisor, I did. The supervisor's attitude was bery passive about the situation, as if saying, here we go again. At this point, I'm releasing the negative energy in the review. Hopefully this serves as a warning to someone before they buy an Infiniti from Dick Smith or use this service department. Unfortunately, the owner of this establishment can care less about the service they provide, as they are the only Infiniti dealer in the Columbia SC area. In closing, clearly Dick is not only the name of this establishment, but the method used to take advantage of people and provide quality customer service.
