Details of car not listed and did not find out until at the dealership to purchase. There was a major scratch on the left rear bumper. Sales rep said they would check to see if they could discount for repair of it (there were more surface scratches to the right of it) but would have to drive back. My daughter lives an 1 1/2 hours away plus we were not given a price so unsure if it would have been acceptable to us. And then there was anlso ann issue of only one key for car & again, did not find out until there for purchase. They did offer their price to make which was $400 which we felt was high. She would, again, have to go back to the dealership. Questions was asked beforehand to salesperson by phone on anything we should know about the car that was not listed & he said nothing to report. We also asked about getting 2 keys & he said yes. Arranged to speak to mgr when there to purchase as he was off that day and was told it was priced accordingly to faults but the main issue is there were not put in car’s advertisement or told over the phone. No pictures, etc. either. My daughter loves the care but based on our experience, we would not recommend this dealership.

I had a very good experience buying a 2022
I had a very good experience buying a 2022 Highlander the other day. we were able to quickly agree on a fair price for my trade-in and then complete all the paperwork, despite a power outage thanks to Julian and Stan, the salesperson and sales manager.

I called the Infiniti service department to schedule my
I called the Infiniti service department to schedule my QX 56 SUV. I explained to the service manager that the entire rear suspension was rebuilt by a certified mechanic that I frequently use and trust. The rear suspension needed hydraulic fluid that only Infiniti dealerships can do because it takes a special attachment to the tool. The service manager agreed that they could put in the hydraulic fluid and I scheduled an appointment. I went to the appointment and waited 2 hours while they had the vehicle at the service department. The employee then reviewed the diagnosis and said that the entire rear suspension was bad and that it needed to be replaced. Work order was $4,800. I explained to him that the rear suspension was replaced to weeks prior and that I physically saw the old shocks / support bars and that the mechanic showed me the new suspension while he had it on the car lift. The employee then told he that they didn’t use Infiniti parts. Are you kidding me ? Consequently , I requested by car back and denied the work order. He then hit me with a $240 diagnostics fee. Truly a disappointing experience and questionable business ethics.
