I am very picky when it comes to the looks of a vehicle, cleanliness, etc. You made everthing right for me! I enjoyed this experience. We don’t care!
We don’t care should be their motto. I am in the middle of seriously considering a vehicle for purchase and need to have my wife look at it. I am hounded by a different salesman about he needing to show his customer the car earlier than I can (approx 30 mins and I needed an hour at least) and we get in an argument. second time in 2 years this has happened. Faulkner management including president who was present and did nothing. Management is so arrogant and did not care. Go elsewhere and don’t waste your time.

Infiniti QX50 was an excellent experience.
A superb shopping experience at the dealership. Darrell Williams was an excellent sales consultant. The management team exceeded my expectations of what a luxury experience should be like. I look forward to purchasing future cars here. I will definitely refer others
