Bob Moore INFINITI

Worst dealership I have ever bought a car from. Expected much better from a premium brand dealership. Will never go back and have been telling everyone we can to never buy from Bob Moore. They did everything to get us in the door and then lied to us about everything once we got to finance. The finance lady was too bothered to try and find us the best rate so we are refinancing 1 week after the purchase. Horrible service. Never even got our tag we are still driving with the dealer tag. We were supposed to get calls back from finance managers and general managers to fix our issues no calls back. Do not trust anything this dealership tells you and you can get much better finance rates anywhere. We bought 4 cars in a 2 month period so we knew what rates were. We did not go into this blind.

NEVER BUY HERE. Worst experience ever. Lied to during financing do not trust anything they say. Got us in the door and when it came to financing we were treated like it was a bother to look at options she had too much to do that night to help us. This was our 4th car purchase in 2 months and we knew what we were doing. We are refinancing 1 week after purchasing because of how we were treated. Told they would do things and they did not keep these promises. We were to have calls from Finance managers and General managers to fix the issues no fixes. For a premium brand this is low quality.

I purchased a new Infiniti this weekend and my salesperson, Naaman Gore, was fantastic. Being a single woman, it was very nice to have a true professional help me through the buying process. Thank you Naaman!!!
