I purchased a 2017 Audi Q5 in April only to find out a few weeks later that I was sold a car with bad breaks. I brought the car in for servicing to see why the break light was on only to be told (FRONT BRAKE PADS VERY LOW, 2MM. BRAKE PADS WILL NEED REPLACED SOON ALONG WITH ROTORS DUE TO BUILD UP RUST ON THE BACKSIDE OF ROTOR) and that I would have to pay $602.56. At first I thought no big deal, but the more I think about it I realize I was sold a car that’s quite possibly a danger to drive. That’s unacceptable and I would never purchase a car from this dealership again

Tried to look at a vehicle and they wasted my time

Talked to them 4 times in 2 hours and STILL when I showed up to my appointment to test drive said it was just bought. I literally talked to them within a hour before going and they let me drive all the way out there for no reason. Never once let me know it was in the process of being sold. I kept my kids at the sitter longer just to make it there after working all day.

How not to do business ...

I went in recently to purchase a low mileage 2020 used car. The team that worked with Internet sales I thought actually did a nice job, and got me into the dealership to look at the vehicle. As I was going out to look at the vehicle I was told the vehicle had been smoked in, which for me is a huge red flag. After some back-and-forth I was told that the service department had a process to “de- smoke” The vehicle and “I wouldn’t even know the difference“. Two days later I went to pick the vehicle up and it still smelled like smoke and I suggested that they needed to remove and change the interior air filter. I was told it was going to be too expensive for them to do it. My response back was that this is a $10 dollar part from AutoZone and it might help the situation. And they again said it was too expensive to do it. At that moment I wish I had just walked out and said you can keep your car then. I felt at the time, that the price was fair and I had agreed to a deal, so because l gave my word I would purchase the vehicle, I still went through with it. Now I realize I bought a $21,000 ashtray. Avoid this dealership. I can’t believe a high-end Infiniti dealership would be LOW RENT and not willing to replace an interior air filter just to try to help solve a problem. I’ve had better service from much less reputable car lots over the last 40 years. Truly disappointing experience from a business that props itself up to be a high-end car dealership. I won’t be back nor will I give them the time of day. Congratulations Airport Infiniti of Cleveland - Truly pathetic
