Let me start by saying Steve, our salesman was great,

Let me start by saying Steve, our salesman was great, however, our experience with the dealership was not good and disappointing. We walked in and wanted to test drive a car on the lot. We test drove the vehicle and knew we wanted to buy the car. We made a reasonable cash offer but then were told another couple had an appointment with another salesman to “test drive” the car and that they had priority or “first right of refusal” because they had an appointment and were on time. Of course, they wanted to buy the car but how does that even work? If we had came in earlier that day and wanted buy the car, would we been told the same thing? Also, while we were waiting for Steve to bring the car around for our test drive, what I assume was the other salesman asked Steve where the keys were for the said vehicle. There was a couple there, who I assume was the “other” couple also waiting. My thing is, because it was around the time of the “appointment” for the other couple, why were we even allowed to test drive the car before them? All in all, horrible experience and we left very disappointed. Steve apologized and said it was a “timing issue”. Not very professional of Modern Infinity Winston Salem. It seems like the communication was off among your team and maybe you should address that so that this doesn’t happen to someone else. I would love to know what your policy is regarding appointments vs walk-ins.

The sales staff was very easy to work with when buying my QX60. The concierge service has been great since I don't live in Winston Salem and work from home. They bring me a loaner vehicle and take my car for service. The drivers are very professional and I don't worry about my vehicle in their hands. If you're looking for a new vehicle I would give them a shot.
