Terrible service

I am highly disappointed in the service that was provided at the this location. I never write Reviews, however this was warranted. I waited to write this just in case someone reached out to right the wrongs, but no one has contacted me.
The level of service has drastically dropped at this location, I took my car in for simple brake and oil change. Three months ago, typically set all appointments at 8am. 5:20 comes around no one has called me. I call to check in for them to say your car is ready. Huh, why hasn’t anyone called to inform me? I pick my car up. go back three months later to get brakes on the rear, oil change again and check the squealing. I pick up josh tells me everything is good squealing gone. Great, 2 days later squealing still there, I go back, Josh says we will take a look, he calls squealing is gone the tech said you had off market rotors and brakes. Wait you all put new rotors abs brakes in the car. Josh say sorry it was a mistake, he resurfaced your rotors, all is good you can pick up your car. . I get home 1 week later still squealing. I call, I am a little annoyed at this point it’s my 4th visit. Josh never calls it’s 5:20, I am off work. Is my car ready what’s going on no one has called me. He stutters, well you need new rotors, really after 4 visits you are just now figuring this out. Unacceptable, you have wasted my precious time to tell me I need new rotors. You could have told me this three visits ago. But now I have to pay for new rotors that could have been done three months ago. I ask how will you compensate me for my time and why were the technicians that incompetent that they could t have figured this out three visits ago? He say mike will give you warranty in your brakes. That doesn’t help me, is it a life time warranty? No!!!
I will never visit this location again. The mere fact that I have to call to see what the status is with my car is unacceptable, technicians are not giving proper diagnosis, and no follow up from management is unacceptable. I will never buy another Infiniti let alone service this one at the raleigh location. This Q50s has been nothing but problems since the day I bought it.
Let me not forget to mention the recall a couple years ago, they had to replace the entire brake package and rotors. And I had to take it back 3 times for them to tell me there there was a recall.

Vehicle was finished in a timely fashion and the service advisor Kelvin was terrific. He lets me know everything that's right or wrong with my vehicle and he stays on top of things to make sure my vehicle is correct before I leave.

Went to Crossroads to have my wife test drive a couple of cars but wasn't in a rush to buy one. Luby was our salesman and he was FANTASTIC. He's been at this dealership a long time and he knows his stuff. He's not a high pressure salesman, answered every question we had, and really went the extra mile in customer service. He worked with the finance department to get my deal done, despite some negative equity in the car I was trading in. I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. And I know I wouldn't have gotten better customer service anywhere else. Took the car in today to have detail work done on it, and they gave me a loaner to drive while they did the work. Once again, customer service was second to none. We're loving the 2017 QX70 and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Crossroads Infiniti. Go see Luby and he'll take care of you.
