Seon, my sales specialist what is exactly that?.doc special! The entire process from our first test drive to handling all the paperwork and driving away our new QX 60, I was never pressured, strong-armed, or driven to a quick urgent decision. The entire process was the best car buying process in my entire life. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Charlotte and Seon Aaron to anyone looking for a new automobile.
Be aware of a certain Sales Manager

My wife and I chose to buy a vehicle from IOC, and chose to have it shipped to us in the Central Virginia area. We found the vehicle on cars.com and when we initially inquired "Tiffany" replied - unfortunately she was not our primary salesperson.
The vehicle was beautiful; my wife loved it so we immediately secured financing from our credit union. At this point "Michael" became our primary salesman...and this is when the headaches began...
He was rarely available to take a call. When I did speak with him, the conversations provided minimal information and his tone and energy level was pure depressing. I felt like he should be the one to initiate dialogue and let me know when / if he received the required documents and payment. However. it took me calling and/or emailing him.
From my earliest discussions, my only request was to have a front license plate bracket mounted on the vehicle. This was because Virginia requires this, while N.C. does not. I asked, a couple of times during the buying / shipping process, if this had been completed. Each time Michael said it had not but he would get it taken care of. He also said that the vehicle should arrive to us within 2-3 days after receiving payment - another untruth.
Fast forward, the car arrived 14 days later and it was all that we hoped - except no front license plate bracket. I emailed Michael a day or so later to ask about the bracket. He replied that he would mail it to me. Two days later I called to ensure that the bracket had been mailed. The following day the bracket arrived and it was not the bracket made for the vehicle (the vehicle was a Mercedes-Benz SUV). It looked like the cheapest thing you coud buy from an auto parts store. It took me two hours of drilling to get it mounted.
The only question I have is how is this gentleman a sales manager? He is not a good example of what good customer service looks like. I would encourage IOC to re-evaluate his position with your organization.
