My car broke down I called and they were able to squeeze
My car broke down I called and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. After inspecting my car they were able to order the part within 24 hours I am truly amazed of how Mohammed went through the extra miles to ensure I was in a loaner and my car was being serviced properly. This dealership is truly a lifesaver

Terrible experience.
Terrible experience. Today I went to infiniti of lynbrook service center. I was the second car to arrive and sat for 3hrs and 20 minutes only to be charged 228 dollars for nothing. The rep told me these things take time. Very angry and annoyed with the service. This is unacceptable!!! Take your car elsewhere not worth it here!!!

I do apologize that it took so long to diagnose some of the issues, but it seems there were many items that need repair. It seems that your vehicle has not been here before and you requested it be checked out. Our certified technicians do a very thorough inspection to give you the best service. Once given the diagnosis, you refused all repairs so the only charge there was is the time that the technician spent to do the diag. The diagnosis time was discussed and approved by you prior to them looking at your vehicle. Keep in mind that if the repairs were authorized, the diag time would have been waived. We would love the opportunity to assist and work with you to have the repairs done over time. Our service manager Joe has already reached out to you to discuss options for repairs.
