Purchased a pre-owned vehicle for my mother at Lynbrook Infiniti. Riju Manuvel was excellent and the only reason this deal went through—professional, honest, and reliable. Unfortunately, the finance experience with Willy Rodriguez was very disappointing. I was told the car couldn’t be sold due to a “title issue,” which turned out to be untrue. Riju deserves recognition. The lack of transparency from finance was unnecessary and unprofessional.

My car broke down I called and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. After inspecting my car they were able to order the part within 24 hours I am truly amazed of how Mohammed went through the extra miles to ensure I was in a loaner and my car was being serviced properly.
