Service dept sucks nothing but lies stay away disconnecting parts on my car without prior authorization things that were covered under warranty

The service department experience was horrible.
The service department experience was horrible. The advisor attempted to diagnose the car before it was even inspected. I never received a single phone call regarding the issue—no explanation of the problem, no proposed fix, and no request for authorization before any work was performed. The customer receipt and warranty paperwork did not mention pulling a wire to fix the issue, yet work was performed without permission and initially not documented. I had to request that the service records be updated to accurately reflect what was done. After requesting that the invoice be updated, my email address was changed to an incorrect one. I was also treated as if I were being done a favor by not being charged for a battery charge, despite the issue being under warranty and the battery being less than seven months old. I requested the mechanic’s notes three times and was told they could not be provided. I also called the service manager multiple times, and none of my calls were returned. Had to go through the GM to get a call back service manager. The car has been run 2000 miles and issue still remains. Corporate has no bulletins on this “fix” with pulling a wire. Dealership Clearly is taking a guess and making up their own fix rather than replacing what the issue is. This is my 3rd qx80 bought from this dealer and before that it was the smaller suv. 4 cars bought and I have to take this one to a new dealer 40min away now to have serviced because Ramsey is unprofessional.
