The staff is friendly and efficient.
The staff is friendly and efficient. They always greet me when I arrive and make sure we go over the services being completed. The guest lounge is clean and well stocked with goodies. I always enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee from there.

This dealership did not honor the sales agreement I had
This dealership did not honor the sales agreement I had made with the previous owne in 2024. I purchased the car 1 day after they took over. Has left a bad taste in my mouth. The manager took my paperwork with the lower price and did not returnnit to me. Charged me more than agrred upon. Says he was loosing money. Not my problem. This oil change experience I asked for my car not to be washed as I only use touchless. They washed it. Gave instructuons on returning the car. They did not follow. So they continue to operate at a sub par level for a luxury brand. Plus booking the service took over a week to get an appointment because their system was down.
