Emailed Mr. Goldstein requesting dealership correction to Auto Check. Infinity of Norwood...used my VIN number to repair someone else's 2019 qx50, same result by them at CarFax. No apologies, emailed me "you handle it". Reported to BBB, complaint filed for second time to Infinity consumer affairs. Request compensation check for devaluation of my 2019 qx50, reading 48k miles on my odometer, not 99k miles on the car odometer they serviced using my VIN number which is, has and continues to be reported by Mr. Goldstein s dealership Infinity of Norwood. I reside in South Carolina, never been to Massachusetts! This man and this dealership are dishonest and cannot and will not correct the problem they created..... don't buy anything from Infinity of Norwood.. .disgrace to Infinity Corporate and Norwood community.

He is the worse general manager he does not care about
He is the worse general manager he does not care about customers and or helping them and depending on the customers nationality I feel he treats certain Customers differently and acts like he does not know anything
