Service Dept
I cannot say enough good about my experience! I called in on Monday morning and they got me in for service the same day. I was given a loaner car, (a very nice one) and given status updates during each phase of repair. The service team was so kind and accommodating. I have honestly never been treated so well at a car dealership. I will DEFINATELY use them in the future.

Avoid at all costs!
I looked at a new QX30 that had been on their lot for over a year and appeared to be a great deal. When I reached out to the dealership, the Internet price was inflated $3,000 for dealer *add ons* (e.g. paint sealant, nitrogen tires and VIN etching). After a couple of weeks of negotiations, we finally arrived at a price that I was comfortable with paying for the vehicle. Before I started on a 5 1/2 hour trip to get the car, I decided to call the dealership and ask if the vehicle had incurred any weather-related damage in the past year. Initially, I was told no and started out to get the car. About an hour into the trip, I was called by the general manager and was told it been through a hail storm. Also, I would need to sign a Storm Damage disclosure before taking the car. When I asked about the cost of the damage, the general manager refused to disclose it. The final straw was when I called my insurance company and they indicated that *un-repaired* hail damage essentially voids the comprehensive portion of a policy. As I left the dealership, I commented that it would have nice to know that the vehicle was damaged from the beginning and the general manager replied *they don't have to*. I bet this dealership doesn't get a lot of repeat business with their sales tactics!
