Great people very helpful. Walk me over to a different part of the service area to look into some other issues with my automobile very helpful. Everyone should buy an infinity.

My brother dropped off the car the night before for service scheduled at 9am and checked it in with the same person I saw on Thursday afternoon. He called in between 3-330 asking for a status as it was supposed to be dropped off to him in West Des Moines since I live 2 hours away. He told the person on the phone he?d be there about five to pick it up, they serviced it between four and five as I got a warning that somebody triggered the alarm and still dripping wet from the car wash when he arrived to pick it up. The same person was there from when he dropped off the car on Thursday. The rep told my brother that he is set to deliver to my address 2 hours away! Obviously He wasn?t referencing any of the information discussed when it was dropped off including delivery to West Moines. He treated my brother like he was in the wrong. This is addition to all the driver side mirrors repairs we had after buying it which was never resolved.

I’ve been going to Willis INFINITI for about 2 years now since moving and it is the greatest customer service experience I have received at any dealership. Big kudos to Issac for always delivering high quality service! Highly recommend visiting this shop with any car needs.
