The service performed on my vehicle was fine.
The service performed on my vehicle was fine. But the communication with service staff was maddening: I left numerous messages with no returned calls, and was uninformed about the status of my service ticket for multiple days. On top of that, it’s really inconvenient that the service center is closed on Saturdays.
